  • Due to international bank transaction limitations, MSI retains right to replace the Cashback with MSI Gaming Device /bundle gift with similar or equivalent value.
  • MSI employees, distributors, business partners are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
  • MSI reserves the right to take legal action if found any illegal/ fraudulent claims.
  • When uploading invoice, clear caption including date of purchase, purchased items and purchased source/shop are strictly required. For those buying promoted motherboards & Gaming Device, please provide an invoice including both components.
  • When uploading Barcode and Color Box Photo, clear photo showing: barcode section with model name, cut-out from the retail box.
  • End user will be prohibited from returning purchased items to the place of purchase for exchange or refund. if the bar code section is cut-out of the retail box.
  • If an incomplete form or invalid proof of purchase is received, a notification email will be sent to the claimant, with the opportunity to provide the required or correct information within fourteen (14) working days of the notification email. If no reply is received within fourteen (14) working days, then the claim will be deemed invalid and will be rejected.
